Explained everything for me, and I never felt that he was trying to over sell me on something for my car that I didn’t need. I requested a quote for a trailer hitch, and he sensed at my reaction at the cost (it was over $1500!!) and suggested that I shop around but offered a 10% discount if I still came back to get the Honda OEM installed at the dealership.
